What currency are available?

Juven currently facilitates selling tickets and memberships in Chinese Yuan (CNY), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Singaporean Dollars (SGD), US Dollars (USD), and Candian Dollars (CAD). We will be adding more currencies going forward.

Do I need to create my own Stripe account in order to accept payments?

Yes, after you register your Juven account, you can create your own Stripe account and connect it instantly to your Juven organization under: Settings > Stripe account.

What credit cards are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

Will Juven work in my country?

Juven works in every country that Stripe is available, you will need to ensure your country supports Stripe. You can check if your country is available here:

How long would it take before I'm able receive payments on Juven?
