What is a contact?
A contact is any entry into your membership database. They can be added via bulk import from a csv file, or they can be added by users who purchase your event tickets or fill in your surveys and forms.

What currency are available?
Juven currently facilitates transactions in Chinese Yuan (CNY), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), Singaporean Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD). We will be adding more currencies going forward.
What credit cards are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard.
Why is there an extra charge for transactions? Didn't you say Juven charges 0% transaction fee?
Our credit card vendor Stripe, charges a fixed fee and a percentage of the transaction each time you accept a credit card payment. The price is the same for all cards. There's no additional fee for international cards or failed charges. Juven charges no transaction fee in the process!
Who pays the Stripe transaction fee?
You can choose whether you pay for the fee or whether your guests pay for it when creating events.
Can I change my payment plan?
You can change your payment plan at any time and the contact limit will be set to the appropriate level. Be aware that you are charged for the whole month.
Can I control the number of contacts I have?
You may add or remove contacts through the Juven Manager dashboard.
