WHO SHOULD ATTEND?


This programme will be of interest to product development managers, designers, researchers, marketers, engineers, consultants, civil servants, social innovators and educators in tertiary institutes. It will be particularly relevant if you are building the innovation capabilities of your organisations.



What will you get?


This is a 2-day immersive learning on design thinking (human-centred design) with takeaway support tools, peer learning and coaching, follow-up group check-ins and one year subscription to on-demand tools and guidance. Participants will learn the skills to:

-innovate in a structured and repeatable way

-Get more out of customer research

-promote productive inter-departmental and inter-disciplinarycollaboration

-Generate ideas with creative and effective and effective alternatives to traditional brainstorming

-Measure the impact of the resources spent
