同一件事物存在於不同年代裡,往往可以有截然不同的演繹,好比鹹魚,由上一代的佐飯恩物,來到今天你或會懷疑是否已經不再合時。只要我們反轉設計角度,就會發掘到鹹魚在這個時代的可能和想像。今年deTour就讓我們一起重新再會鹹魚香! 


The same object often carries different meanings in different eras. Salted fish was a meal staple generations ago but its popularity has since waned. With a twist in design, contemporary inspirations on salted fish will be born. Let’s revisit the pungent and delicious salted fish all over again in this year’s deTour!
