About the Dialogue |

Designers and businesses often encounter disputes relating to copyright, contract, licensing and sale of goods etc. Decoding Mediation: Designing a Win-win Solution will explain how mediation is able to resolve disputes effectively with greater satisfaction, through drama, discussion by experienced mediators, and a sharing session by local designer Flora Leung, on how mediation helped her to enforce her design rights.
